2020 Easter Events in The Aussie Capitals

2020 Must Do Easter Events

What? Easter you say? It feels like we’ve just survived Christmas yet the hot-cross buns are already hitting the shelves. Here at AMS we think of it less like fast-tracking the year and more like being organised and ahead of the game. Particularly when planning your activities for our first big holiday of the year. Easter is a time for new beginnings and experiences, time spent to cherish with our family.

Easter 2020 take your empty eskies to bushfire towns

Our beautiful sunburnt country has copped a battering, a Christmas season charred by some of the most catastrophic bushfires our history has seen. As the slow recovery continues, hopefully Easter will be a time of renewal for those affected. Our Aussie towns need our help, so if you do get a chance to escape the city over Easter, take your empty eskies to some of these amazing areas to help our resilient fellow Aussie’s get back on their feet.

2020 Easter Events in Sydney

Well this is a given. But this year it’s even more special. Run by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW (RAS), the recent bushfires, drought and cancellation of many rural and regional shows across rural and regional NSW has prompted organisers to become a platform for RAS – determined to focus on recovery efforts.

In a recent Facebook announcement the Sydney Royal Easter Show announced the Big Bush BBQ will directly benefit regional show societies affected by fire or drought. What a great reason for a BBQ! And to enjoy all the excitement of Australia’s largest Annual ticketed event, set to attract over 828,000 attendees on average.
