  1. For all referrals with a value of over $1000.00aud excluding GST, the referring agent will be rewarded with a $250.00 Westfield Visa Gift Card.
  2. The agents will only receive their reward once the referred client has completed their campaign and has paid AMS Promotions in full.
  3. Referrals cannot be made retrospectively.
  4. Referrals cannot be for a colleague working for the same company.
  5. In the event of multiple agents referring the same contact/company, only the first referral AMS Promotions receives will be eligible for the reward.
  6. The referral will only be accepted if the enquiry has not previously been entered into any AMS Promotions system.
  7. The referral only applies to new clients and new enquiries received by AMS Promotions after the commencement date of the Referral programme. Enquiries already in progress will not qualify.
  8. The rewards are as stated and are not redeemable for cash. AMS Promotions reserves the right to provide alternative rewards of a broadly equivalent value.
  9. AMS Promotions reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
  10. Neither the programme nor any benefit offered by the programme creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against AMS Promotions.
  11. The promotion is only open to individuals invited by AMS Promotions to take part.
  12. The reward programme is subject to standard AMS Promotions terms and conditions and is valid for the term specified.
  13. This reward programme cannot be combined with any other AMS Promotions promotion.
