    Yes, we will supply a brief of the extras prior to the event. If you require any particular features, (height, clothing size) please inform us at the initial point of contact and we will endeavour to fulfill your requirements.

    AMS Promotions has a diverse client base. We deal with a variety of clients across Australia and New Zealand from large multinational to small family businesses. Some of our clients fall into these categories including: PR Agencies, Marketing Agencies, Education Organisations, Exhibition Organisers, Government Departments, Medical Organisations & Motor Vehicle Manufacturers.

    Talent

    To apply and be a movie and television extra at AMS Promotions, simply complete the online application form “Join Our Team“. Please ensure you provide as much information as possible and use ONLY use recently-taken high-resolution photographs.

    Please Note – applications with blurry images or incomplete Join Our Team forms will not be processed.

    Having previous experience as a movie and television extra can be beneficial, however, it is not always a requirement. Many productions look for individuals with acting experiences, but there are also opportunities for individuals without previous experience.

    No, you do not. However, talent photographs are used by our clients to select suitable extras. We recommend supplying a variety of high resolution photographs with your application.

    We suggest supplying the following:

    1. Head Shot
    2. Mid Shot
    3. Full Body Shot
    4. On-the-job photograph (a recent promotion you have worked on – if applicable).

    As you can imagine we receive an overwhelming amount of applications each day. The team at AMS Promotions endeavour to process all applications as quickly as possible.

    Once your application, resume and photographs have been reviewed and if you are successful you will be added to the AMS Promotions talent base.

    If you are selected for a promotion by our clients you will be notified by email, phone and/or SMS.

    All invoices are processed within 14 BUSINESS DAYS of you submitting your invoice, if that day falls on the weekend it will be processed on the following Monday.
