Do I select the promotional talent?
Yes, we will supply a brief of the promotional talent prior to the event, if you require any particular features (height, clothing size) please inform us at the initial point of contact and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements.
If I cancel a job are there fees?
The signed service agreement/quotation is a legally binding contract which states the management fee will be charged for any cancellations. 50% of the total quotation will be charged for cancellations within 72 hours of an event and 100% will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours.
What kind of clients does AMS Promotions deal with?
AMS Promotions has a diverse client base. We deal with a variety of clients across Australia and New Zealand from large multinational to small family businesses. Some of our clients fall into these categories including; PR Agencies, Marketing Agencies, Education Organisations, Exhibition Organisers, Government Departments, Medical Organisations & Motor Vehicle Manufactures.

How do I apply to Join The Team at AMS Promotions?
To apply simply complete the online application form “Join Our Team“. Please ensure you provide as much information as possible and use ONLY use recent high resolution photographs.

Please Note – applications with blurry images or incomplete Join Our Team forms will not be processed.

Are their costs associated with applying to AMS Promotions?
We do not change any fees for applying.
Do I require professional photographs?
No you do not. However, talent photographs are used by our clients to select suitable candidates. We recommend supplying a variety of high resolution photographs with your application.

We suggest supplying the following;

  1. Head Shot
  2. Mid Shot
  3. Full Body Shot
  4. On the job photograph (a recent promotion you have worked on – if applicable)

What happens after I complete the Join Our Team form?
As you can imagine we receive an overwhelming amount of applications each day. The team at AMS Promotions endeavour to process all applications as quickly as possible.

Once you application, resume and photographs have been reviewed and if you are successful you will be added to the AMS Promotions talent base.

If you are selected for a promotion by our clients you will be notified by email, phone and/or sms.

How often do the payments get processed?
All invoices are processed on the 15th and 30th of each month, if that day falls on the weekend it will be processed on the following Monday.

Please note – Completed time sheets MUST be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the processing date.

What are the terms of my employment with AMS Promotions?
You will be require to become a contractor of AMS Promotions, this means you will need to supply your own Australian Business Number (ABN) at time of signing the contract. Also you will be required to supply an invoice after the completion of each promotional job to receive payment. All relevant information will be supplied during the interview.
